THE CONCEPT:
No luxury. Rustic palapas (bungalows)and rooms with a touch of sophistication that comes from the unique and personal decoration of each room. Only 8 cabins/palapas (bungalows) give a cozy ambiance and friendly atmosphere. Some units come with a thatched roof.
THE LOCATION:
You are downtown Puerto Morelos; however you will wake up to the multiple songs of the birds. Less than five minute drive to the beach (1.8 miles). Easy access to cheap public transportation (minibus or taxis). In the heart of the local population: this means that you can find plenty of affordable and tasty small restaurants and eateries within are 2 or 3 blocks around the property.

RATES AND AMENITIES:
Prices start at $28.00 US dollars per night for a couple. This price includes:
- a clean and roomy bedroom with its private bath (shower with hot water).
- a fan in each room - No A/C: the natural breeze, the shade provided by the vegetation and the traditional materials used in the construction of some of the bungalows provide a room with a nearly constant temperature.
- wireless internet access in most rooms (bring your own laptop).
We (the owners) live on site and we love to do our best to make sure that your stay will meet all your expectations. Breakfast and meals can be provided at extra cost.
PETS ON SITE:
We have friendly pets on site: a dog (mini pinscher) and a cat. Your pets are welcome at no extra cost if they are well behaved and friendly to other pets and humans. They are NOT allowed to jump on furniture.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
Once you completed the booking with HostelClub.com, we'll contact you by email to proceed with the following steps of the reservation process.
- 50% payment is due upon booking to hold the reservation.
- Reservation is hold when payment is received.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If the balance is not received by that date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
- If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.
- On last minute reservations, payment must be cleared before your arrival to Casitas Kinsol.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation received 31 days (or more) prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of the total deposit, minus a $50.00 which is a refund commission.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the entire rental amount, unless we are able to re-rent the room (minus the $50.00 refund commission).
- We will make every effort to re-rent the room. If we are able to rent the room for the time-period subject to cancellation, we will refund an amount equal to the rent actually received minus the $50.00 refund commission.
- No refund in the event of early departure.
- In case of a no-show, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

A partir del 01 de abril de 2021 entra en vigor VISITAX para facilitar el pago del aprovechamiento al turismo extranjero. Podrá realizarse desde el portal web http://visitax.gob.mx/. El turista extranjero podrá cubrirlo antes de su llegada o durante su estancia. A partir del 01 de enero de 2017, los turistas deberán pagar un tasa ISH por habitación y por noche de ocupación bajo el concepto de los Derechos de Saneamiento Ambiental que realice el municipio. Esta tasa se deberá pagar en el hotel.
